We are excited to introduce you to the processes and procedures associated with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
The electronic system provided aims to enable your access and use of the information for the achieving of recognition of prior learning and is developed with the intention to guide and assist you with the online process.
We are committed to ensure that you gain the most benefit and advantage from an opportunity to translate your knowledge and experience into a recognised, credit bearing achievement as made possible by nationally recognised qualifications.
In order to achieve this objective, the online RPL system provides you with the following information and support:
- The online application form for RPL.
- Screening Form
- The Orientation Guide to RPL.
- The RPL Policy.
- A comprehensive and inclusive RPL and Portfolio of Evidence Guide (PoE) as per your selected focus area, which could include any one of the Skills Programmes leading to the full qualification or the qualification as a whole.
- Exemption matrix for the recording of historical achievements meeting industry standards.
- The relevant assessment tools and instruments enabling the preparation of your Portfolio of Evidence for the recognition of prior learning
- A pre-submission evaluation checklist to ensure that you are fully prepared for submission of your portfolio of evidence
- A post RPL evaluation opportunity to let us know how you experienced the process; which incorporates your feedback as part of our continuous quality management approach.
In order to register for RPL and gain access to the system via a personal password you are required to complete the online application form provided on this page.
We will then communicate information on payment and your specific requirements with you personally.
